AKZ works to ensure that Seniors are not preyed upon by insurance companies or elder care services.

A long term care insurance policy provides little protection if the insurance company behind it refuses to pay the amounts due on time, but instead requires the desperate Senior to keep on re-submitting the same paperwork.  When that happens, it frequently takes an attorney bringing a lawsuit to get the insurance company’s attention.  We work with Seniors who need help with getting their insurance company to pay them on time.

We have represented Seniors in disputes with their insurers to ensure their long term care policies pay, and in disputes with Senior Centers to ensure the reqired level of care is provided.
